Experience Working with People from Other Countries
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with individuals from various nations. As a result of this experience, I am much more able to interact with people from various countries. As a result of this experience, I can now better communicate with others from different cultures. In addition, it has expanded my perspective and shown me things from new angles, contributing to my worldview’s maturation. Working with different kinds of people has taught me how important it is to be sensitive to other cultures and able to change to new situations. To make a productive setting, follow general rules like being open and welcoming everyone (Levi & Askay, 2020). These skills and my ability to communicate clearly and be flexible would help me lead a group of people from different backgrounds in a foreign country. For example, as a Reservations Representative at United Airlines, I was of utmost significance in ensuring efficient and expeditious customer service operations within the aviation industry.
