James Joner Javier is a Chief Operating Officer at the Iron Oxide Mineral Corporation due to his mining qualification as a mining engineer. He has more dedication to his work because of his superior technical skills in this field, which lowers the mining costs of the entire company. He employs autocratic leadership to show his employees on the best strategy to perform their work effectively by cutting down the costs by not sacrificing quality cost. However, he is contented with his Chief Executive Officer, Mike Brewmaster on using relationship and democratic form of leadership towards making decisions for the corporation. He wants Brewmaster to have a stand in the making decisions instead of relying on the decisions of other board members.
Primary problem
The sole problem in the Senior Management of IOMC is the lack of communication between JJJ and Brewmaster that cause problems to an entire committee. It led to conflicts between COO and the CEO with the inclusion of other committee members such as Martin. It can lead the corporation to run into managerial problems.
