Introduction:
My leadership philosophy is grounded on the basis of the concepts of servant and transformational leadership. Servant leadership is about the followers' development and well-being, and transformational leadership is about inspiring and motivating individual followers so that they believe in a shared vision and contribute to it fully. These two leadership concepts are founded upon the need to make followers be an important part of the leadership process itself, rather than making leadership an isolated, untouchable entity. Integration of these two strategies, therefore, advocates for a healthy and empowering working environment, which entirely relates to my expectations in a purpose-driven organization.
