The stakeholders involved are care providers, patients, the community and the media. They have different roles in ensuring the plan is a success, given that they also contribute to the effectiveness of operations in the healthcare sector. Resistance to the plan could be due to the scholar-practitioner approach, rendering the plan ineffective. Other factors like insufficient funds and lack of enough resources might also contribute to the failure of the plan (Lombardozzi, n.d).
