Current Capabilities Relevant to Business Management
Since my time in high school, I know I am capable of being the best business administrator. My capabilities include effective communication, problem-solving, leadership skills, and proper business practices. I am self-motivated, self-confident, emotionally intelligent, goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and friendly. I like listening to others since I know people are talented differently. When I set my eyes on the price, I am not easily disrupted. Education has taught me multiple lessons, and I feel like the best way to exercise them is by establishing and running my enterprise.
Moreover, I like interacting with people from different parts of the world. I understand that individuals from distinct locations, cultures, races, and religions have a unique way of seeing things. Through proper interactions, one can borrow some crucial perspectives that would enable an individual to perceive things from different angles. I highly value positive criticisms since they help a person improve on their methods of doing things. As such, I am capable of being a professional business owner and manager.

Since I chose to pursue a master’s in business management, I expect to get the best. I know that hard work, motivation, and commitment in my studies are directly proportional to excellent academic performance. I will finish all projects and assignments at the _______________. My previous experience in academics and internship has helped me to improve my personal and professional learning outcomes. Some of the skills I have acquired include leadership, effective communication, teamwork, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation. Due to attending academic institutions in different countries, I have learned how to embrace cultural diversity.
I respect people for who they are and give them opportunities to present themselves. Individuals are talented differently, and that is what makes everyone special. Through effective communication, nothing can be hard to achieve, either professionally or individually. My education has given me the exposure I need to know how people relate to each other. I consider myself a global citizen. I like challenges since they help me identify my strengths and weaknesses. Besides, my past experience has helped me be a responsible person who understands that every action has a consequence. Past Career Achievements
Although I have worked in a few organizations due to my continuous educational life, I have gained appropriate experience through several achievements. In most cases, I achieved my past goals due to my outstanding skills in interpersonal communication, mastery of business management, mathematical skills, embracing cultural diversity, and proper application of concepts learned from school. The following are my achievements:
2018: When I worked for the _____________________., I helped the management team conduct a survey that enabled the firm to improve its products and services. My research skills and statistical analysis with about 90% accuracy helped the firm modify its products and services to meet consumers’ needs. Since the company I worked for was service-based, customer positive ratings increased. For example, one client said that the staff at ___________________. welcomed customers well and felt at the right place even before inquiring about the service or product that the person wanted.
2017: I have always been an effective team leader both at school and the workplace. During my undergraduate study at the ________________________, we were given various group projects. In 50% of these groups, I was the preferred team leader chosen by other students. I not only communicated well with other students, but I also ensured proper subdivision of the tasks at hand. Besides, team members were assigned tasks that they can handle within the given time.
Being an effective communicator, team leader, hard worker, researcher, and statistical analyst, I believe I have what it takes for my career development. I value time since I have realized that the deadline is critical in business, and being late can deny one a potential opportunity. That is why I always finish my projects and assignments on time and handle my exams seriously. I understand that everything I am doing now will be reflected in the business world, particularly when I fulfill my primary goal of creating and running my company.

Students were required to pick any small business and suggest practical strategies to help it grow and expand. Through proper research and in-person surveys with consumers, I managed to come up with strategies that, when implemented, would have helped my firm to develop. Best Mathematician
At ___________________________ I was awarded for getting the highest grade in mathematics 11. In particular, I received a certificate and got an opportunity to address other students. My accomplishment in mathematics motivated me in my studies since I realized that with proper focus and hard work, everything is possible. The thing that matters the most is self-drive, particularly when it comes to goals’ achievements.
Best Environmentalist Group Award
