All of your senior officers served in multiple countries when they were younger and such service has always been regarded as a necessary stop on the way to the executive suite. Your company is opening an office in Barbaristan. Businesses there only have male employees and your agents there tell you that Barbarian men would find it exceedingly difficult to discuss business matters with women.
