A group of people is set apart to work full time on project management. It revolves around the aspects namely; time, cost and scope. The management project is important to a company in that it helps the company minimize risks as it seeks to increase the chances of success. Quality is the major focus of the management project. Coca Cola is the world’s leading beverage producer. It operates in over thirty-seven countries with over five hundred products of soft drinks. Since its foundation in 1886 to date, the company has registered continued growth. This would not happen if there were no project management in the company. During the 2006 Coca Cola was the top line growth that came about from the stout revenues.
The project management has brought the company a number of benefits. The strategic project management in the company has made the company emerge as the top brand in soft drinks. The management in the Coca Cola Company has been of great significance as the company has invested in many countries and in many brands. Another advantage of the project management to the company is that the company is able to supply its products in over a two hundred countries.
