What did the organization need to decide?
The Circle Organization needed to decide how it would rope in all its employees into signing in to their cult-like initiative known as SeeChange. The initiative involves people wearing cameras throughout, publicizing their lives in a bid to be transparent.
What were the one or more moral problems?
Invasion of privacy through the SeaChange initiative is a significant moral problem. The cameras gave the company access to one’s life, forcing people and those close to them to bear it all out even against their will. Another moral problem was collecting people’s personal information through the numerous activities the Circle campus offered to use them in controlling them.
