In line with this, this article would provide a plan for an effective team-building activity within a public health team composed of both clinical and non-clinical members. Accordingly, the succeeding sections would provide the purpose of the activity, the various goals that must be met, the timeline of proposed activities, and the estimated costs associated with it. All in all, the author believes that having a well-established plan is crucial for the organization's success. Escape Rooms The team-building activity that is proposed for this group is an Escape Room activity. In an article written by Gordon et al. (2019), the authors noted that escape room activities are effective in determining the various strengths in the team dynamics of a group. Notably, the authors found out that these kinds of activities help establish the idea that “I belong in this group.” Purpose of the Activity As stated earlier, the primary purposes of this activity are the following: 1 Improve team dynamics between individuals. 2 Create a sense of belongingness between the team members. 3 Improve workplace culture despite the differences in the work functions of the group.
