The current school climate towards ELLs is one of inclusivity, where teaching, lesson plans, and activities are geared towards cultivating a culture of inclusiveness. Inclusivity is the basis of ensuring that all people within the school benefit from the diverse activities. The school climate is important because it is the main foundation of the different practices and teaching approaches. It defines the relationships between administrators, tutors, parents, and students. Therefore, the school climate is conducive because it encourages inclusivity and creates proper relationships between different school stakeholders. ELLs can easily relate with teachers and are given opportunities to voice their concerns to administrators. Parents are also close partners in the learning process of the children.
