The rhetorical situation in this clip is clearly how President Trump has managed to cause upheavals and confusions with what he says during and after the elections. Apparently, people (journalists included) were so pessimistic about his quest to become president that they ignored his chances of winning. However, he proved everyone wrong and became president, and currently, everyone is trying to fact-check him while trying to showcase how false and at times ludicrous his statements are.
