Request For An Informational Interview
Instructor i need all this information in very short form i am writing a request for information interview. i have done that but the Professor want an outline. so here is what i want purpose_ what is your purpose in writing a request information interview as an ECE student.
What are you hoping to learn from meeting with your reader?
How do you want to present yourself in this email 2, audience, objections and benefits who are you writing to( name and position or job title? why did you choose this person to write to?
In this communication context ( being asked to meet with you ) what does the person care about what are some objections they might have to your request? What are some benefits they might receive from granting your request 3 information?
What do you need to tell your reader about yourself? What other information does your reader need to answer your email?
