Reflection Essay of Eng-105 Student Name Institutional Affiliation Reflection Essay of Eng-105 This semester, I had the privilege to attend ENG-105 course. It was an opportunity to learn more about writing. I discovered that there was much I could do to improve the way I write. In this reflection, I am going to review three essays I wrote and demonstrate what I learned. * Essays Review Essay In the review essay, I focused on the Coca Cola Company. I chose the company because it has used various strategies to have a global presence. I began the essay by describing the company. This was to enable the reader to become familiar with the company. Next, I focused on the distribution strategy of Coca Cola. I indicated that the company is in a better position to distribute its products. I demonstrated how Coca Cola had made efforts towards expanding to different countries. Furthermore, I demonstrated how the Coca Cola Company has managed to maintain a loyal customer base. For instance, the My Coke Rewards (MCR) has been celebrating the most loyal fans since the year 2006. It has combined this with numerous adverts that have enabled consumers to identify with the company’s products. I demonstrated how intensive advertising had enabled Coca Cola to establish its brand globally and maintain a huge customer base in the beverage industry. I winded up the essay by summarizing the main points in the essay. Problem Solution Essay I explored the issue of assisting homeless people in big cities. I started by demonstrating the prevalence of the problem quoting statistics showing the number of homeless individuals in the U.S. next; I gave the factors that have contributed to the increase in the number of homeless individuals. I also identified the challenges brought about by homelessness. For instance, homeless people cannot find employment since they do not have the address of where they live. These individuals are also susceptible to diseases because they live in the streets. I concluded by demonstrating what individuals, organizations and the government can do to deal with the issue of homelessness. Research Paper In the research paper, I focused on the role of social media in marketing for business. I started with an introduction to give the reader an overview of the topic. In including a thesis statement at the end of the introduction. To demonstrate the role of social media in marketing, I subdivided the paper into various sub-topics. The move enabled me to explore the various aspects of social media in marketing. I supported my arguments with credible sources. I concluded by giving various recommendations on how businesses can utilize social media to complement their marketing efforts. * What We...
