Jane Parker is one of the employees at my workplace. She recently joined the organization after graduating and she has been working in the company for the past 2 months as the organizing secretary. As the customer cares assistant, we closely work with Parker in the reception desk of the organization. We receive visitors on a daily basis and Parker complained to her supervisor that she felt she was not part of the company. When meetings take place within the company especially the customer care management meetings, all the employees are supposed to attend. I always receive a note inviting me to the meeting while Parker complained that she had never been invited to such meetings. She felt discriminated by the organization management. In this essay, I will outline the exact procedure that Parker will follow to file her complaint instead of reporting it to the supervisor directly.
