The field of anthropology aims at relating human origins across the Diaspora. I have come to see that this is only possible if the various theories that explain this origin are used concurrently. Archeologists must work together with scientists, linguists and historians in an effort to explain the different cultures, beliefs and way of life across boarders. This prompts me to think that for this to be possible, the various cultures across the world must be compared. When this is done, I realize that my perceptions on the world are controlled by the experiences which I have undergone in it. The experiences have made me have perceptions on race, language, culture and generally the way of life. I have also come to understand that no single individual can experience everything, neither is there a culture that can embody everything. This limits individual perceptions (William, 2005). When one studies other cultures i.e. their way of life; the perceptions change and, knowledge increases. This makes me realize that it is very immoral to discriminate each other based on race, country of origin or sexual orientation. These are baseless pillars that have no relevance in this world. I normally visualize what the world would be if there were no boundaries to limit our travels and, ventures. The place would be harmonious and peaceful. We could know more about other cultures...
