Organizational Effectiveness reflection paper

Essay Instructions:
Building an organization that can lead a planned change effort requires three overarching themes: organizing, structure, and flexibility. Our text (Homan, 2016) and some of the other posted resources discuss the three important areas that an organization should have: Organizing is the process of obtaining and putting together the necessary pieces. Structure refers to the deliberate, agreed-upon methods for handling tasks. Flexibility is the ability to change. Keeping the above in mind, write a 2-3 page reflection paper discussing how you would incorporate all three into your community engagement plan. As this is a reflection paper, first person is acceptable. Include a minimum of four (4) sources. One should be the Homan (2016) textbook, one scholarly journal article, and two additional credible sources. Use APA 7th edition formatting, including a title page and reference page.
