Director: Establishes and sustains the organizational effectiveness and change that will enable the organization to achieve its objectives. Health Training Consultant: Provides a wide range of consultancy services to top management and other senior managers on how the organization will design and implement key strategies and training of other members of the organization to create and sustain higher performance status. Works closely with healthy and safety consultant. The consultant reports to the director. Other critical roles include; guides the implementation of the training agenda set by the health and safety consultant. Mitigates any issues that arise as a result of the implementation of health policy. Provides reports to the Finance Manager on the financial impact of the rollout of the health policy. The Consultant will provide monthly reports to the health and safety consultant on the implementation of the health policy. The consultant will, therefore, be on the ground guiding the implementation and roll-out of the policy. The salary range will be between $40,000-$50,000.
Finance Manager: Is responsible for the budgeting and finance allocations of the activities of the organizations. Utilizes financial analytics to determine the financial position of the business. Report and interpret financial statements to the director, board of directors and stakeholders. Raise capital for the organization through the prudent use of debt markets, capital markets or money markets. Regulate the business financial risk exposure by creating mechanisms that manage risk. Advise on the organization's short, medium and long-term goals. Create budgets for staff and ensure they are adhered to. Carry out an internal audit of the organization's books of account to ensure they are in line with international standards. Invite external auditors and require them to produce unqualified financial opinions. Develop and maintain appropriate contacts with the firm's partners such as banks. Create and maintain a line of credit with a bank. Advise the firm on regulation and legislation pertaining to financial policy. Advise the organization on market performance. The finance manager reports to the Director and may be required to answer to the board of directors in some instances. The finance manager will be required to have a minimum of 6 years demonstrable experience. The salary range is $55,000-$65,000 per annum.
Human Resource Manager: Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and assessing Human Resources strategies in line with the organizational plan. Also, is responsible for managing the performance of the Human Resources and their training. Advise top management of the remuneration package for all employees at different levels. Advise the organization on labor laws and regulation relation to human resources. Ensure the organization’s hiring practices provide an equal platform for non-biased hiring that promotes equality, cultural integration, and non-racial profiling. Advise on the organization's CSR obligations to the communities surrounding it. Conduct, jointly with line managers and supervisors, salary reviews for each employee based on performance and the organization's profitability and productivity. Provide incentives for employees to boost productivity and morale. Provide a platform for in job training for employees ensuring their skills remain relevant and adaptable to the changing business environment. Provide benefits such as medical cover to employees. Provide services such as day care for employees with children thus ensuring their continued productivity. Conduct recruitment whenever staffing needs come up for the firm. The HR manager will report directly with to the Director. The manager will also work with the finance manager to ensure that the payroll remains at a level that does not affect the sustainability of the business. The manager will be required to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Chefs: Responsible for the preparation of food according to dietary instructions. Responsible for creating the menu containing foods that will be served in the restaurant. Supervision of sous chefs, line chefs and other kitchen staff. Order food and supplies for the kitchen from the market as well as manually inspect them to ensure they are of the required quality. Prepare food according to the requirements of clients and their culinary needs. Ensure the kitchen maintains high sanitary and hygiene standards. Advice management on the regulatory framework surrounding restaurants and food preparation. Responsible for hiring kitchen staff including chefs and advice the HR manager on their remuneration. Develop niche recipes for the restaurant. The chef will be required to have a minimum four years' experience working as a sous chef in a similar organization or 2 years as a head chef in a smaller organization. The remuneration package will feature a salary range of $30,000-$40,000. The Chef will report to the HR manager.
Customer Attendants: Attends the customers and serves them with what they need. Answer queries from customers in a clear, coherent and professional manner. Capable of responding to clients inquiries and where there in need escalating the queries to senior personnel. Capable of providing reports to management on their performance. Advice management on the major issues or difficulties facing clients and how the organization can respond to them. Resolve complaints from clients professionally and must be able to de-escalate problematic clients. The customer attendant must have a keen attention to detail. They must have the stamina to continuously respond to client demands despite being tired. They must present themselves in a manner that assures the clients and must be neat. The customer attendants will report directly to the Chef. The salary range will be between $20,000 - $30,000. Customer attendants are required to have at least one year’s experience.
