A concert report
I recently attended the best classical concert at the Goodwin Recital Hall on Monday 2 2017 at 6.00p.m. The performance was directed by Dr. Mark DeGoti . The Auburn University trumpet ensemble comprised of Suduth Alexander, Adam Chynoweth, Jonathan Hartfield, Shannon Massengale, Allison Patrick, Savannah Snyder, Dylan Teel and Reid Waters. The brass quintet included Jeff Joppich, Thomas Vines playing trumpet, Sam Goode played horn, Pate Brunner played trombone and Ryan English played Tuba.
The performers were dressed in formal attire, black suits, black bow tie and white shirts. With the big auditorium, I decided to sit in the center near the back to see the bigger picture of the whole performance. The hall was pleasant; the audience was quietly, as everyone was eager for the evening performance. With a booklet in my hand, I reviewed the evening programs to familiarize myself with the musicians and the director as indicated below
