The aphorism, “There is no such thing as “too late” in life,” implies that it is never impossible to do something, such as undertaking a certain action or accomplishing a goal in life, regardless of age or time. This aphorism can go hand in hand with the idiom, ‘never too late’ or the proverb, ‘better late than never’, all which seem to emphasize on the point that you are never limited by time as long as you are alive.
From the story of the rabbit and the tortoise, the tortoise never thought it was “too late” for him to win so he pressed on, as slow as he was, but ended up winning the race.
