1 I believe that the reasons why Allegiant was narrated by Tris and Tobias are; (1) to increase the 'mystery' of the whole plot and (2) since Tris would ultimately die in the end.
On the one hand, I realized that by shifting the narrators in the story, the viewers would feel the mystery unfolding in the Allegiant storyline. Additionally, these mysteries were also clarified because both Tris and Tobias were able to narrate their own point-of-view to the reader.
