The main problem in this narrative is the cohesion among the attendants at the Boden Oceanside Resort and Lodge. It is very clear that despite the huge demand for hotel rooms and by extension a demand for house attendants the workers do not seem to have the cohesion needed in order to carry out their duties diligently and peacefully without necessarily spilling the beans out to the customers. Apart from coherence there is the other factor of greed among the workers that has led to the argument in the first place. Furthermore there are other notable problems in the narrative that are minor and they include: good workers who are not team players, ignorant workers who cannot carry out their duties without supervision, egotistic workers, and poor staff management from the administration`s side as well as issues such as unprofessionalism among the workers.
