as a health care provider we come across of all kind of patients from all over the globe and must treat each and all the same regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic, religion affiliation , profession, disability, age , race, ethnicity and political orientation. also i try to avoid any assumption and failure to understand the perspective of patients.
the value of justice is to treat everyone equal but not all patients need is equal. so priority will be influenced by the acuity of the patients condition. immediate survival or safety and demand immediate nursing innervation, ABC'S, then after thos comes concern such as mental status change , acute pain , abnormal pathology lab results and risk of infection and safety.
