Through out the course I was in a position to integrate the concepts of leadership In enhancing work performance and its impacts on the employees. leadership is one of the fundamental approaches to managerial and it is the responsibility of the leader to include new and effective skills to enhance effectiveness on accountability resulting to positive outcomes. Leadership is one of the fundamental approaches in management, acquiring the skills and knowledge that are required in leadership enhances the welfare of other employees.
