Space Exploration Improves Life on the Earth
Space exploration is said to be a "small step for man, a giant leap for mankind." The proverb goes true while looking at the marvels that space exploration has done for the twentieth century's humanity. Compared with the older generations, the current people are living highly advanced, innovative, tech-based, and automation-oriented and more cultured life on their planet with better physical and psychological health. Also, it has erased many myths attached to space, and people are less ignorant while taking benefit of space exploration, its results, and the efforts to overcome its challenges. The conspiracy theories and NASA's health hazards regarding space exploration are still prevalent, but the productivity of missions, the accuracy of cameras, and the facilities for the staff have solved the problems. Space exploration has advanced human life by granting them machines, robots, better transport, security, health, culture, and solutions to handle climate change on Earth; the cash reward system for explorers also minimizes the health hazards for the staff as they can get better medical facilities on their return.
Exploring space drives constant attempts to build ever more proficient, consistent, and resourceful systems on Earth, requiring paramount inventiveness. The missions designed to explore space need unique qualities of humans, such as quick decision-making, problem-solving, and behaving positively in times of crisis. Likewise, these missions require robots working precisely and moving accurately so that explorers can rely on their assistance to achieve their goals. This concern joined humans and technologies like robots to fulfill their ambitions. These efforts resulted in a human/machine collective service in different departments of the Earth, like the medical department and automation. The novelty of handling problems on the planet and participating in human progress through a combination of humans and robots began a new era of innovations (ISECG, 2013). It inspired the global systematic and high-tech workforce, widening the domain of commercial bustle on Earth.
Space exploration teams face different challenges in reaching their goal. Their attempts to avert the challenging situations lead to several systematic advancements in human society, for example, healthcare, transportation, security, markets, ecology, IT, and trade. One of the most significant advancements in healthcare involves light-based cancer treatment therapy, a result of solar system exploration. Besides, heart specialists avail highly advanced machines to monitor the problem and conditions of the patients. Also, the procedures of MRI have improved using devices innovated to overcome challenges to space exploration. The transport system boasts automation. The driverless automobile vehicles on the road are environmentally friendly, providing more disciplined road transport. The mobile phone cameras used by everybody nowadays are also a result of space exploration (ISECG, 2013). Besides, the human race got solid water-purification tools, better security systems, and biomedical advancements.
Another important discovery of space exploration is the understating of aging through traveling in the environment of the ISS. The space explorers and their aircraft must pass through the ISS with its microgravity, extremes of hot and cold temperatures, and damaging radiation. It has been observed that traveling through ISS quickens the aging process, and people returning from those missions appear older, similar to those who get older by age. As aging is one of the biggest concerns of medical science on Earth, this phenomenon is helpful for specialists. Besides, almost everyone is worried about aging because nobody wants to get old and ugly (ISECG, 2013). Hence, space exploration helps medical science to understand the aging process, its factors, and how to delay it to give human beings a long, healthy, and youthful life.
The missions to Mars unveil many truths about the planet earth, its evolution, and threats to survival, so efforts should be made to save it. From 1971 to the current age, explorers have landed on Mars more than once. They discovered that the Martian environment is going throug...
