Evidence of Cell Membrane Control Hypothesis

I need a paper written on this:
Traditionally, it was thought that the nucleus was thew control center of the cell. Recent discoveries though, indicate that the nucleus in eukaryotes is merely a repository of genetic information, and that the cell membrane controls the expression of genes by serving as an interface with the external environment. Discuss the the evidence that supports the hypothesis of cell membrane control. (400 - 500 words).

EVIDENCE OF CELL MEMBRANE CONTROL HYPOTHESIS
Introduction
Body cells have hypothesis proven as dynamic as they reflect motion under the view of a microscope. This movement is caused by the need to regulate the cell contents including transporting material from the plasma membrane or the extracellular environment into the cell (Ivanov, 2008).
Thesis statement
There is evidence supporting the hypothesis of cell membrane control through endocytosis and exocytosis.
Exocytosis is a universal term usable in denoting vesicle fusion on the plasma membrane. This is the last process in the secretory pathway, which typically starts within the endoplasmic reticulum. Vesicle fusion further passes via the Golgi apparatus and finally ending at outside part of the cell. In addition, endocytosis is known to be the vesicles recovery from the plasma membrane (Weston & Weston, 2013). The exocytosis vesicle fusion entails the vesicle coalescence as well as plasma membranes, allowing the formation of the fusion pore. Moreover, this fusion pore is a canal that surpasses via the vesicle as well as plasma membranes, allowing delivery of the contents of the vesicle to the compartment of extracellular.
In addition, recent reviews have indicated that three parallel pathways exist from the Golgi apparatus on to surface of the cell. The endocytosis is mainly involved in the process of removal of receptors from the surface of the cell, taking them to be wiped out. Endocytosis is a very significant process in cell membrane’s control as it finishes the indicator from the receptor. Moreover, the lingand that binds to the receptor helps in generating a signal that leads to cell response. The receptor is further tagged a certain protein known as ubiquitin that implies that the receptor may have been labeled for internalization.
A protein by the name clathrin pulls together around the receptor in order to transport it to the cell within clathrin-coated vesicle. The vesicle that has the receptor inside comes across an endosome which is...
