When enzymes present in food are exposed to heat, they are no longer able to provide the function for which they were designed and I support the author since cooked foods contribute to chronic illness, since their enzyme substance is dented and thus requires us to make use our own enzymes in the body to process the food. The author through scientific research suggests that, digestion of cooked food uses valuable metabolic enzymes in order to help digest cooked food. Digestion of cooked food hassle much more vigor than the digestion of raw food.
