Lobbyists are people paid to influence policy makers in local level, state level and federal levels. In this case, lobbyists present special interests in decision-making process of the legislators as well as the executive branches of government. In many governments and political powers, lobbyist paly significant roles in politics (Bouwen, 2002). For instance, there are more than eleven thousand registered lobbyists at the federal level in United States, which shows that it is a big industry. Lobbyist are important in government administration in that they act as an extension for credible and better reputation of the government activities.
