The article seeks to provide critical analysis of the forces behind an authoritarian system of governance's existence and endurance. The article mentions a whole lot of former world leaders that are renowned for being absolute dictators. It is a norm for dictators to reign for quite a remarkable period, and the article has outlined some of the driving forces toward this behavior.
