The news video publicizes the Roswell Police Department's use of a 3-D scanner that allows law enforcers to snap a photo of a crime scene and transform it into a 3-D model. Detectives say they can fly through the scene. In using the 3-D scanner, an officer needs to put the scanner on, put it on the distance they want to scan, and technology does the rest.
