The exposure I have gained from these settings has been pivotal, including exposure to diverse patient demographics and a broader range of health conditions. I have helped numerous patients carry out their daily undertakings, offered emotional support, and monitored critical signs. Moreover, I have worked together with healthcare teams to guarantee the maximum care possible. Collaboration in nursing is associated with heightened patient-centered care (Baek et al., 2023). These experiences have helped me understand the significance of communication and empathy. On the other hand, dedication to lifelong learning has assisted me in enhancing my educational background. Over time, I have taken several continuing education courses to preserve my certification. The courses have also played an important role in boosting my skills. Even though I have yet to receive my college degree in nursing, my persistent hunt for knowledge reflects my commitment and dedication to the profession.
