BACKGROUND. You will analyze the ‘5 Rights of Delegation’ and complete the attached concept map. Yoder-Wise, P. S., & Sportsman, S. (2023). Leading and Managing in Nursing (8th ed.), see attached. Chapter 8 pages 178-196 Chapter 14 pages 307-330 INSTRUCTIONS. 1. Read the article "Nurse case study: Wrongful patient delegation to unlicensed assistive personnel" https://www(dot)nso(dot)com/Learning/Artifacts/Legal-Cases/Wrongful-delegation-of-patient-care-to-unlicensed. 2. Build a clear concept map: a. Step 1: Define each right. b. Step 2: Describe how each right was followed or violated in the article. 3. Be Specific: Use concrete examples from the article to support your analysis of each right. 4. Visual Clarity: Use colors, shapes, or different font styles to differentiate between rights, violations, and adherence in your concept map. 5. The deliverable shall be: a. Two (2) pages long b. Be single-spaced, Times New Roman, 12pt font, with 1-inch margins, correct page number placement and indentations c. Have a Cover page, in APA style  d. Have a References page, in APA style, with at least one (1) correctly formatted source e. Have in-text citations for any sources used ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS. 5. Each right shall be clearly and accurately defined. 6. For each of the 5 rights, an example of how each was either followed or violated in the provided article is listed. 7. The deliverable shall represent a professional writing submission. Complete sentences are used, and the paper is free of grammatical and spelling errors. The submission is two (2) pages in length, not including the title page and reference page. APA 7th edition formatting is consistently followed, and a reference page (author, publication year, source) and in-text citations are utilized to give credit to source(s).
