Clearly, diagnosis is a critical aspect of healthcare. However, the ultimate purpose of a diagnosis is the development and application of a series of treatments or protocols. Isolated recognition of a health issue does little to resolve it.

Part 1: work environment assessment
Description of results
The results of the Clark Healthy Workplace Inventory indicate that my workplace is moderately healthy. My workplace is characterized by honesty and trust between members. This makes it easy for the works to effectively pass the necessary information that is required in the achievement of organizational goals. As well, innovation is highly encouraged since the employees are viewed as assets of the organization (Clark 2015). The organization has a tendency or rewarding employees for the good work done. Such rewards are done in the form of promotions and incentives. Mentoring programs and teamwork are a common policy of the organization. The programs are necessary to ensure that team members maintain a conducive work environment. However, a lower score was achieved in the case of employee satisfaction, reasonable workload, and sufficient resources. In some cases, employees have expressed their grievances about being dissatisfied by the amount of work allocated to them to complete within a specific deadline. In addition to such deadlines, the organization fails to allocate them sufficient tasks required in the completion of the tasks.
Surprising aspects
Given the complains that employees have been making about being overloaded with work, it was amazing how the results turned out that our organization is moderately healthy. I have always thought about it being an inconducive work environment. As well, the organization barely has enough resources to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. This makes it difficult for employees to accomplish the allocated tasks on time. I was surprised by the results because organizations need to have sufficient resources for the employees to be able to accomplish the set goals effectively.
Expected idea
I believed that our organization could have a good score when it comes to teamwork. The management has been focusing on ensuring good teamwork relations, which, in turn, helps in the creation of a conducive work environment. The employees are always determined and committed to helping one another in the completion of the allocated tasks. Most of the tasks are carried out by groups since this encourages the employees to work their level best in dealing with the work overload (Clark 2011).
What results indicate about the health and civility of the workplace
The results of the assessment suggest that our workplace has moderate civility. This is an indication that the workplace is moderately healthy, which is a good sign for the well-being of the employees. The score was close to having our organization considered to have high civility, but several factors contributed to its decrease. The dissatisfaction of the employees caused by work overload and insufficient resources contributed to the lower score. I have experienced incivility in the workplace, where I was allocated a particular task together with a few of my colleagues. We were not provided with adequate resources to facilitate the completion of the tasks, and therefore, we ended up not starting it at all. When questioned about it, our leader was too quick to blame us. However, after reviewing the case, he apologized for the reaction, and we were then allocated the necessary resources to complete the task. I think the case was handled in a civil way, and this was an indication that the organization nurtures civility.
Part 2: reviewing the literature
Theory description
The transformational leadership theory is where a leader works with the rest of the team members in order to identify areas that need change. They also create a vision that is aimed at inspiring the team members to bring the necessary change. The main benefit of this theory is that it encourages employee productivity through the inspiration and motivation created by the leaders (Marshall, 2010). The theory is most effective when applied in teamwork. The team leaders have the obligation of ensuring that the other team members stay motivated for them to be able to achieve the organizational goals effectively. Transformational leadership is all about leading by example. It is a contrast to the dictatorship leadership style.
