Evidence-based practice is the cornerstone of nursing practice. It provides methodologies that work in the field of healthcare. It guides procedures and protocols so that nurses can effectively impart high quality patient care. One obstacle in the implementation of Evidence based practice in the research is finding the source of funding and having the right organization or third party implementors. Without these thrid sector providers, a systematized support system cannot be created, and thus, the EBP project cannot be established (Bach-Mortensen et al., 2018). In order for the EBP project to be implemented, a handful of qualified personnel, time, and lots of money should be readily available. The skills and expertise of doctors and nurses are greatly needed in this kind of EBP, and it also needs the engagement of powerful backers, such as health organizations or independent institutions that are capable of fulfilling the goals of the project, such as establishing centers for patient education, and creating sustainable programs for the consistent support of target patients. Aside from this, a huge barrier is the capacity to train new personnel as well as finding the right management for such a huge and complex project. In the nursing field, it is important to have the guidance of senior nurses with experience, so that they can lead and authorize the key processes that uplift the methodologies and patterns of care.
