Then, you are ready to summarize the evidence that you uncovered, and then you can synthesize it. This Assignment is Part 2 of the Assignment you submitted in Week 8. Now, you will take the recent (within the last five years), peer-reviewed articles you selected and write brief summaries of each of them, and then write a synthesis of all of them. The articles by Moss et al. (2021), Idubor (2022), and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (2021) discuss these domains with focus on compliance, systemic interventions as well as education. Moss et al. (2021) captures a study that illustrates that there has been a low compliance of 14.6% in antihypertensive therapy among hypertensive patients in Kilifi County, Kenya In their cross sectional survey of 213 hypertensive patients, they consider a myriad of socio demographic and other patient and health system factors related to adherence. Some of the patient characteristics include: knowledge, length of therapy, follow up by the health care provider, and cost of medicine.
