According to Robin and Sunil (2008), the concept ‘dissemination’ implies a series of organized actions aimed to empower and enhance application and integration of justified strategies. Dissemination refers to the process of establishing the deliverables and results of a task to stakeholders and to the wider community. This paper aims to promote implementation of pharmacological or non-pharmacological policies of preoperative education more effectively to minimize anxiety among adult patients admitted for cardiac surgery. Dissemination is focused to raise awareness, educate the community, obtain feedback from the community, promote positive results and outcomes, and make sustainable measures of the project. Patients who are waiting to go for cardiac surgery normally experience psychological and physical stress. It is evident that preoperative education measures have positively postoperative impacts for surgical patients. Dissemination of the outcome is vital in maintaining results and practice for convenient for health practices. Preoperative education strategies can minimize anxiety and enhance recovery to patients who intend to go for cardiac surgery. Dissemination is necessary for the achievement of the project as well as sustainability of the results in the long term.
