The healthcare field comprises people from various ethnic settings with different strengths and weaknesses. Because of these factors, conflicts at the workplace are likely to occur because of the variant cultural settings. The continuous occurrence of disputes due to ethnic/racial disparities can be detrimental to the performance and delivery of services to clients. Therefore, intending to resolve ethnic/racial conflicts that may exist or occur, the management of healthcare organizations worldwide has begun focusing on ways to address these disparities. In their relevant literature, Betancourt et al.
