Relationship between Personal and Professional Growth
Growth is not a one-sided endeavor. It is a combination of various approaches, habits, and methods which could either fail or succeed. Nevertheless, as most would say, growth happens when you learn from these experiences. Accordingly, one of the usual debates about growth is whether it is confined within the personal or professional sphere of one's life. As I would try to argue in the next section, growth must always balance these two facets of life to achieve the best results for everyone.
One of the most important reasons why growth must be balanced between the personal and the professional is how we live as humans. Our personal and professional lives are usually intertwined with each other, that a failure on one could cause a failure in the other.
