Employment Engagement Student’s Name Institutional Affiliation Course Professor Date Employment Engagement One of the crucial factors for running a successful business is understanding how to engage employees within the business. A business organization's leaders must comprehend the level of passion their employees have for the job. Managers want their teams to be proud of what they do for the organization. I consider myself an engaged employee due to various factors. First, I am very collaborative within the organization. As one might expect of their employees, I am an excellent team player who gets along well with other employees or my colleagues. I am also responsible and reliable anytime my seniors demand my presence. As informed through research, engaged employees care about the company's success, are at work on time, meet deadlines, and hold themselves responsible for their performance (Alam et al., 2023). Making informed decisions defines an engaged employee and is one of the most significant aspects I learn to improve daily. I aim to ensure that I do not struggle to make correct decisions in the organization’s best interest. The provided questions are great since they invite employees to suggest additional factors for measuring organizational engagement. The questions acknowledge all worker’s diverse insights and encounters and exemplify the openness to feedback. However, I would add a question: "Do you feel that your skills and talents are utilized effectively in your current role?"
