The problem that I will address in my project is the reduction of the nursing shortage in the hospital. This will be achieved through the implementation of the GetWellNetwork and the employment of new nurses. The shortage of nurses has become a challenge in the hospital because it has led to a situation whereby the patients do not get the best care as expected. As well there is congestion in the hospital because the number of patients that need to be attended to is many as compared to the available nurses. As well, people's lifestyles have changed and, therefore, this has resulted in the increase in the number of patients suffering from lifestyle-related disorders.
