In the case of the interviewed nursing leaders, the three of them display different leadership styles in regard to their personalities. Leadership styles of the nursing leaders
Linda Burnes is a nursing officer and the president of Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre. Through her prowess in regard to leadership, Linda has worked as a leader in different organizations such as the American Academy of Nursing. Linda believes that the transformational form of leadership has played a major role in bringing her success in the nursing leadership field. A transformational form of leadership enables the leader to focus on the issues that are geared towards the bringing of positive change within the society. This is evidence in the different awards that Linda Burnes has obtained from her success such as the award from UCLA Alumni Association. Making a change in an organization enables a person to influence the outsiders into demanding the same change. Therefore, this is the reason why Linda Burnes has been a leader of several organizations up to date because such change is necessary for the field of nursing practitioners.

The reason as to why she loves this leadership style is because she is passionate about helping children and women. Therefore, being a good example to the other nurses at the hospital has helped her a lot in her leadership. Rosemarie Cervantes finds it easy to offer instructions to the individuals that she leads because she is an example of having achieved what she expects from her subordinates. In addition, this leadership style keeps her busy and dedicated to her work.
Besides, Tiffany Nordmeyer is also a nursing leader because she acts as an educator and also a quality improvement nursing practitioner at CHI Health Lakeside Hospital's Family Birth Center.
