Being an effective educator requires staying abreast of the scholarship of teaching and learning in your field. What aspects of teaching and learning in your field interest you most? What plans do you have for participating in scholarly activities to enhance your nurse educator role based on Boyer's model of scholarship?
It is not absolutely necessary to post citations. Please write two S.M.A.R.T. goals. I am including an example of how the Competency should be written. Please do not double space. Follow the format of the paper attached. For any questions or concerns, I am available to answer any questions. When writing the reflection, please only write two short paragraphs. Thank you in advance.

Some goals should reflect higher cognitive learning levels in Bloom’s taxonomy.
My goal/s for this competency is/are to:
Goal One:

All these educational strategies will be based on evidence-based practice as well as quality improvement techniques that are used within the nursing discipline. The material resources required for the accomplishment of these learning goals include time for practical study, high-fidelity mannequins to simulate nursing care among patients, writing materials for the lectures, and class venues.
