Although research requires quantitative research, depending on the research problem and the scope of the proposed study, a mixed methods approach. With this in mind, the Project requires the examination of mixed methods within educational research, with a focus on the qualitative component.

The purpose of the Project is to develop a “mini” mixed methods research study, and implement the "qualitative" component. This will include the statement of a proposed research problem, collection and analysis of qualitative data, and discussion of conclusions.

It is required to submit modular components of the SLP. The first modular paper will be the foundation with each of the following modular components building on the previous component.
