Nursing is a significant profession because it deals with saving the lives of human beings. It is a challenging profession that is best described as a calling. To be at par, nurses should undergo thorough training to acquire the necessary leadership qualities and skills. My education at Walden University is a personal mission to acquire the leadership skills and knowledge to discharge my functions as a nurse as well as collaborate with my fellow nurses and other disciplines to discharge the best services.
