Interprofessional collaboration is a specific type of cooperation among healthcare and medical experts which is done to ensure that patients receive timely and best care facilities (Pajalich, 2019). In simple words, we can say that when medical experts shake hand or work in conjugation to treat patients or to plan care, then interprofessional collaboration takes place. The first advantage of interprofessional collaboration is that it empowers team members. In some medical centers where there is no concept of cooperation among healthcare providers, patients have to suffer and the process of their recovery slows down. When interprofessional collaboration is taken care of, then a sustainable and nice environment can be created within the hospital. This is because doctors and nurses work as a team and make decisions about how patients should be treated. Those who are juniors get to learn new things from their seniors, and this guarantees a quick recovery process.
The second core benefit of interprofessional coordination is that it closes all communication gaps. When healthcare experts work together, it becomes mandatory or easy for them to discuss matters and this gives rise to a communicative environment.

I think that interprofessional collaboration fosters respect and trust among medical experts and patients and encourages the practice of curing. I would like to do everything under the supervision of senior physicians and nurses and would seek their help whenever there is an urgent or uncertain situation.
When it comes to collaborating with other medical or healthcare experts, I see myself in a good position, as I have always encouraged my juniors to work hard and have requested my seniors to guide me how to plan effective care for my patients (Winfield et al. 2017). I love discussing things with my team members and do not hesitate to speak of my minds, whenever needed. While all healthcare experts attend training sessions, I think that the nurse practitioners should make an effort to sit in class arranged by other departments. The more they learn, the higher will be their chances of getting success. Luckily, I have had attended classes of almost all departments of my institution, and this has enabled me to face challenges alone; most importantly, it has taught me why it is integral to cooperate with everyone around me.
It is important for every doctor and nurse to understand their responsibilities. I think that we can never provide a safe and sustainable env...
