Importance of Teamwork
"Teamwork" would mean having more than one person or a group of people doing a certain task together towards a common goal most efficiently and effectively. Naturally, we will always need support from others, be it spousal, parental, or colleagues. It is a source of motivation and a strong will towards a task.
"Many heads are better than one"; if a task is jointly done, each member will contribute their expertise and knowledge. Leading to a better and quality outcome. There's more comprehensive input, better problem-solving, increased potential for innovation, and a wide range of creativity.
