Submitting an article of motivation for publishing is very important especially when the targeted audience is the general public. The fact that everybody in the society requires motivation, regardless of what type of motivation they need, cannot be debated upon. It is fundamentally crucial that everyone is motivated in whatever task or activity they involve. Research shows that when motivation is employed, for instance in a work environment, to employees; the level of productivity rises up significantly.
