Quality and Risk Management Student’s Name University Affiliation Quality and Risk Management A goal is a set target of performance while a result is the outcome of operation in a given duration. For example, the goal of time management is all about organization of one self and controlling life occurrences as possible in healthcare organizations. Time is the sequence of event occurrences in life while management is the art of controlling the occurrences. Therefore, time management is the art of controlling the sequence of occurrences of events in life. Levels of stress are directly proportional to the extent one controls events and other situations in life (Thomas, 2012). Some techniques can help one with successful implementation of time management such as identifying highest priority and working on them first within reasonable time. Some challenges that arise in developing goals for risk management plans include stress. Stress is a tricky situation that causes worry in a person’s life. The emotional tension resulting from the worries can have adverse effects on achieving personal goals. The visible fact is the sad feeling of gloom and inadequacy. People with stress are hostile and have increased hunger because of frustrations from stress. There are several healthy ways to relieve and manage stress in life.
