A Hypothetical Organizational Philosophy Statement
Organizational philosophy can be described as an analogy that describes how a business operates, what services are offered, and how the firm is organized to meet its goal and target (Darr, 2011). In a health organization, the management might represent a culture that the staff does not align or agree with. But to make sure that the organization is ready for transformation, it must establish values that facilitate the mission and vision and the management must know what values are present in the culture. The organizational philosophy should include organizational content ( mission, vision, and value), relationship with the local community, relationship with patients, relationship with its workers, and partnership with other institutions. This assignment will analyze a hypothetical community hospital, St Jude, and its organization philosophy as they aim to reform into a culture that reflects its mission and vision statement.

A mission statement is s short and precise paragraph that details the existence of a particular organization, its objectives, and its purpose. Notably, a mission statement can be affected by available resources, location, and size of the organization.
