In compliance to the requirements of this paper, the researcher measured his blood pressure (BP) and pulse for ten (10) consecutive days beginning February 27 to March 8, 2015. To ensure the accuracy of measurements, the researcher utilized a stethoscope for getting BP data. To get his pulse, the researcher asked help from his wife in recording data. The researcher decided to gather resting BP and pulse data so as to prevent spikes in the figures, so all measurements were taken between 10 to 11 PM, just before bedtime. Table 1 below summarizes the descriptive statistics for both BP and pulse.
