o What challenges did you face in completing this signature assignment? o How did you address/troubleshoot challenges for this assignment?- The challenges I faced was one finding a patient that was high risk for caries. Since I haven’t seen so many patients because of coivd reasons It was difficult to find a patient that was high risk for caries. Another challenege was finding the right dentifrices and ohi products to recommend to my patient. Since she was a high risk for caries and also had sensitivity problems I had to find products that addressed both of them. 
o What were your successes in completing this assignment?

o What were your strong and weak topics/subtopics (as a presenter and learner) as you prepared this signature assignment?- As a learner I am a slow learner. It takes me longer then a usual person to retain the information. I need to come up with certain ways of remembering the information for it to stick with me. As a presenter well I am not good with that either since I am shy and I always have a fear of presenting…. 

o Describe what specific goals and detailed plans you have to gain more knowledge in topics/subtopics onpatient care and risk assessments? 
- I need to learn more about risk caries and the ohi products that I would need to recommend to the patient to help them out.

- This class helps me understand all the other subjects we learn about. Clinic is the main class of learning how tro demonstrate our knowledge and instrumentation on our patients. As a dental hygienist it is important to give the patient the best care of need.
